Delivery Options

We pride ourselves on offering fast and free delivery for all orders, and dispatch within 1 working day. We also have a variety of other shipping options to suit all requirements.

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we do not mark up the cost of delivery – what it costs us, it will cost you. Every item in our store is marked as either a small, medium or large parcel (please see the additional information) – and this will give you the delivery cost. For orders with multiple items, your cost will simply be the highest delivery cost from your selection.

Our daily cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2pm, orders received before this time should be dispatched on the same day. We may well process orders that are received after this time, but we cannot guarantee to do so. If your order is urgent, and you are placing it after this time, please telephone to check and we will be able to confirm whether it can be processed that day.

Our delivery services differ depending on your country and postcode. We try and offer a reasonable selection of speeds and costs for all areas and you will be able to see your available services and an estimation of the delivery time on the checkout pages.

These services use the Royal Mail and aims to deliver your order within 1-2 or 2-3 days depending on the service and your location. We are able to dispatch using this service Monday-Friday.

  • This service includes Saturday but not Sunday
  • The delivery times are not guaranteed, however the Royal Mail are generally very reliable and often deliver quickly.
  • You will be supplied a tracking barcode that you can use to check whether your parcel has been delivered yet
The following postcodes are harder to reach and so may experience delays on this service: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2-ZE3

This service use the Amazon Shipping network and aims to deliver your order within 1 day. We are able to dispatch using this service Sunday-Friday.

  • This service includes Saturday but not Sunday
  • Amazon are proud to be able to deliver 99% of their packages within their 1 day promise
  • This is a fully tracked service and so you will be able to see your package’s full journey

Exclusions:

This service is only available for mainland UK, so will not be offered to all customers. We have provided alternatives where possible.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Next Day Guaranteed service. We are able to dispatch orders with this service Monday-Friday.

  • Automatically available for areas not covered by Amazon Shipping services. If you would like this service and it is not an option then please phone us and we will arrange for you.
  • Orders must be placed before 3pm, although you can phone or email after this time to check if we are still able to accept your order for this service.
  • “Royal Mail Special Delivery – Weekday” is a Mon-Saturday service. If you would like your delivery on a Saturday then please choose the “Royal Mail Special Delivery – Saturday” delivery service
  • Please note that if no one is there to sign, you will need to rearrange delivery time or collect from the specified depot.
  • All orders are trackable.

Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day to postcodes: AB30-56, IV21-28, IV40,IV52, IV54, KW1-14, PA28-38, PH15, 17¬26, PH31-40, PH49-50, HS1, HS3-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20 (0-9), PA41-49, PA60, PA77, KW15, KW16 (Stromness Town only), GY9 (Alderney), ZE1 (Lerwick), HS3.

Delivery after two working days by 5.30pm for postcodes: GY1 3(Herm), GY10 (Sark), HS2, PA61-75, PA78, ZE2-3

Delivery after 3 working days by 5.30pm on the third working day to postcodes: KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44.

Saturday guaranteed delivery is not available to GY1 3 (Herm), GY9 (Alderney) GY10 (Sark).

 

Orders will be sent using the UK Royal Mail’s International service. Once it has arrived in your country it will be delivered by a partner local courier.

  • The default service is trackable and you will be supplied with a tracking number. If you would like to upgrade to a signed service then please contact us and we will be able to organise.

All deliveries are subject to availability. If there are any issues with you receiving your goods within our proposed timeframe then we will contact you by either phone or email.

You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.

We know you want your order as soon as possible, which is why we focus on fast processing. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment, however, occasionally during very busy times we may take a little longer. On these occasions, we will endeavour to contact you. Most of our products are delivered from our stock however, a very few items may need ordering specially and so delivery times will be longer. The will be indicated in the item description, but not on the shipping delivery time.

If you are not available to accept delivery at home during normal working hours, we suggest that you request that the goods be delivered to a work address rather than your home address.
